The hardness of blue-stone is lower, so we can recommend jaw crusher as primary crusher, impact crusher as secondary crusher to process it, and one whole processing plant is made of the coarse, tertiary crushing, screening, shaping and storage. Raw materials can be fed into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for the coarse crushing, and the output size is 150mm more or less, then the crushed materials will be into impact crusher for the tertiary crushing and shaping.
Jaw crusher is the first choice in processing blue-stone, which is taking advantage of V-shape crushing chamber, so it has the merits such as bigger crushing ratio, larger processing capacity. Impact crusher will be chosen if the feeding size is 150mm more or less. The combination of various crushers is commonly being seen in our production jobsites, which can help our customers to reach the purpose of better economic profit, best quality.
